Procurement

We have a detailed understanding of public procurement regulations and significant experience commissioning services and works through various procurement routes and frameworks, including full tender, direct award and competitive dialogue.

Construction / Contractor Management

We have extensive experience of contractor management, from small scale project works to multi-phase area regeneration schemes. Our successful approach to delivering complex projects has been developed through forming robust, collaborative partnerships with key partners, professional teams and, most importantly, our clients.

Consultation & Stakeholder Engagement

These are key requirements that underpin most development projects and plan-making policy. We have worked with a broad range of stakeholders, community representatives and regulatory agencies to ensure this is central to project delivery. From Headteachers to MPs, TRAs to community organisations, we have a successful track record of engaging, involving and working with all citizens and sectors of the community.

Defects Management

We have a well-established process for inspecting, monitoring and managing the close-out of defects with contractors on a variety of projects. We track progress throughout the Defects Liability Period and keep our clients appraised of progress.

Dispute Resolution & Claims

In the event of a dispute or claim, we help clients untangle and review project information and documentation, assess contract issues and create mitigation strategies to help negotiate agreed resolutions between parties. We have developed a good network of lawyers who can advise on specific areas of construction and contract law if required. Some of our recent commissions have been specifically for this type of work.

Audits, Preparation & Workshops

We are experienced in undertaking funding audits for projects - in particular GLA housing grant audits. If you have an upcoming audit you’d like to discuss or would be interested in organising a refresher workshop session, we can assist.

Associates and Professional Networks

We have a rich network of close associates and partner organisations with specialist skill sets and experience. If you need support on assignments that require specific technical or expert support, we would be happy to discuss this with you.
